1. Use of the service

TS Suite Prime provides free tools to open, edit and convert files in your browser. You may use them for personal and commercial purposes.

2. No warranty

The tools are provided “as is”. Some features (macros, charts, pivot tables, complex Word layouts) may not be preserved. Always review the output and keep a copy of your original file.

3. Liability

We are not liable for data loss, conversion errors or damages arising from use of the tools. The auto-save draft lives only in your browser and may be lost if you clear site data.

4. Trademarks

Microsoft, Excel, Word and Office are trademarks of Microsoft Corporation. TS Suite Prime is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft. References are used only to describe file format compatibility.

5. Changes

We may change the tools or these terms at any time. The update date is shown at the top.
