How it works
- Open a file (.xlsx or .csv) with “Open” or by dropping it on the grid — or start from a template.
- Edit like Excel: formulas (SUM, IF, VLOOKUP, SUMIF…), formatting, multiple sheets, merged cells and frozen panes.
- Download the result as .xlsx (or .csv) with “Save .xlsx” or Ctrl+S. Your draft is also auto-saved in this browser.
A spreadsheet that asks for nothing
TS Sheets is a lightweight Excel alternative for everyday work: lists, budgets, inventories, invoices and reports. It runs on Windows, Mac, Linux and Chromebook, and you can install it as an app to use it offline.
When you open an .xlsx file, values, formulas, basic formatting (bold, colors, borders, number formats), column widths and merged cells are kept. Macros, charts, pivot tables and advanced validation are not preserved.

Is it really free?
Yes. TS Sheets is free and ad-supported. No account needed.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Everything runs in your browser. The automatic draft is stored only on your computer (browser storage).
Can I open old .xls files?
Not yet. Open the file in Excel or Google Sheets, save it as .xlsx and open it here.
Does it work offline?
Yes, once you install it with the “Install” button (Chrome or Edge). After the first visit it opens without a connection.
