No broken characters
TS Suite detects the file encoding (UTF-8 or Windows-1252) and the delimiter, so accented characters display correctly. Numbers become real numbers, except values with leading zeros such as ZIP codes or IDs.
Frequently asked questions
Why are my leading zeros kept?
To avoid data loss, values starting with 0 (like 01234) are kept as text.
Is there a size limit?
It depends on your computer’s memory; files with tens of thousands of rows work fine.
